These Terms of Sale provide an overview of how purchases are made directly from Asa Botanicals. Depending on whether you are purchasing as a consumer or a retailer, you will also be provided with our Consumer Terms & Conditions or our Trade Terms & Conditions before your order is confirmed. Those terms form part of the contract between you and Asa Botanicals. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Sale and any applicable Consumer or Trade Terms & Conditions provided to you.

Placing an order

Products may be purchased directly by contacting us by email.

An order is not accepted until we confirm availability and agree the details of your purchase, including the total price, payment and delivery arrangements.

We reserve the right to refuse or decline any order before it has been accepted.

Prices

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).

Any applicable delivery charges will be confirmed before your order is accepted.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time before an order is confirmed.

Payment

Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.

Payment must be made by bank transfer.

Our bank details will be provided when your order is confirmed.

Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days after payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally vary.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide any available delivery information. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

If your order is delayed, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Handmade products

Our products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients.

Because of this, slight variations in colour, texture, scent and appearance may occur between batches. These natural variations are part of the character of our products and do not affect their intended use or quality.

Product information

We take care to ensure our product descriptions are accurate.

Information provided about our products is intended for general information only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

If you have concerns about a medical or skin condition, pregnancy, allergies or medication, please seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional before using our products.

We recommend carrying out a patch test before first use.

Our products are for external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes.

Our products are made with carefully selected botanical ingredients. Individual skin can respond differently, so we encourage you to discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Full ingredient lists are provided with each product. Please check the ingredients before purchasing if you have allergies or sensitivities.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@asabotanicals.co.uk.

We may ask for photographs or for the product to be returned so that we can assess the issue. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, refund or another suitable resolution in accordance with your legal rights.

If you change your mind after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Unopened products may be returned in accordance with your statutory rights. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of skincare products once they have been opened or used unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described. If you purchase directly from us as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in these Terms of Sale affects your statutory rights.

Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes relating to these Terms of Sale will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time.

Any changes will be published on this page together with the updated revision date.
